Security

+Do you pack and ship individual orders?
No. StorageWale stores your cartons and delivers them back to you (or to your transporter). We do not currently offer per-order fulfilment, marketplace integrations or preparation for marketplace warehouses.
+Can my supplier deliver directly to you?
Yes. Share the packing list and expected date; we receive, count and catalogue the cartons on arrival.
+How quickly can I get stock back?
Within the 48 hours retrieval window on your quote, delivered anywhere in the city or handed to your transporter at our dispatch bay.
+Can I store returns?
Yes, declared separately and kept apart from saleable stock on your inventory sheet.
What e-commerce seller storage does not include
Stated plainly so the quote and the service match. Anything not listed on your written quote is not part of it.
- This is overflow and reserve stock storage, not a fulfilment platform: no marketplace integrations, no FBA preparation, no same-day fulfilment.
- Retrievals are scheduled per request; plan restocks ahead of sales peaks.
- Individual order picking is not a standard service.
- Perishable and hazardous goods are not accepted.
