Inventory Storage Without the Warehouse Headache
Store, organise, track, retrieve, deliver. For distributors, wholesalers, importers and brands holding bulk inventory, StorageWale keeps pallets and cartons by SKU, records every unit in and out on your inventory sheet, and dispatches on your instruction — with none of the lease, staffing or security overhead of running a warehouse.

The problem
The warehouse headache: rent, staff, security, and counts you still cannot trust
Holding inventory should be a line item, not a second business to run.
- A rented warehouse needs racking, a supervisor, a watchman, insurance and a physical count every quarter before the numbers mean anything.
- Stock split across a shop, a godown and a transporter’s yard is impossible to reconcile.
- Growth means a bigger lease before the revenue arrives; a slow season means paying for empty racks.
The StorageWale answer
Store → Organise → Track → Retrieve → Deliver
Five things a warehouse is supposed to do, done for you on a monthly bill.
- 1. StorePallets and cartons received from your supplier, transporter or container, counted against the packing list and racked in your allocated positions.
- 2. OrganiseEvery pallet and carton tagged by SKU, quantity and lot with a rack location, so stock is grouped the way you sell it — not piled the way it arrived.
- 3. TrackYour inventory sheet records every receipt and dispatch with date, SKU and quantity. Ask for the current sheet any time; a physical count can be scheduled on request.
- 4. RetrieveRequest by SKU and quantity, or set a standing weekly schedule. Picked by lot — first-in-first-out on your instruction.
- 5. DeliverHanded over to your transporter at our dispatch bay against a signed note, or delivered within the city on a fixed window.

Security
Every StorageWale facility runs on the same standard: racked storage, CCTV, controlled access, fire safety, pest control and monthly checks. What that means for inventory storage specifically:
Security across the journeyNote: These are the StorageWale operating standards. The equipment and arrangements actually in place at the facility in your city are confirmed in the facility fact sheet that comes with your written quote.
Count accuracy
Receipts are counted against the packing list and dispatches picked against the request, each signed off and recorded on the sheet. Discrepancies are reported, not buried.
Segregated lots
Batches and returns are kept apart so nothing is mixed or dispatched out of order.
Access control and CCTV
Only StorageWale staff handle stock; movements are logged against a request and covered by CCTV.

Inventory Storage questions
+Can you receive a full container load?
Yes, with advance notice. Share the packing list and expected date; we unload, count against the list and catalogue by SKU.
+Do you offer FIFO or batch tracking?
Yes. Lots are tagged with receipt dates so dispatches can follow first-in-first-out or a specific batch on your instruction.
+How do I see my stock levels?
Your inventory sheet is updated by our team with every receipt and dispatch and shared with you on request or on a schedule you choose. A physical count can be booked at any time. We do not currently offer a self-service dashboard or barcode scanning — the sheet is maintained by people and checked against signed receipts.
+Can my transporter collect from your facility?
Yes. Schedule the pickup, share the vehicle and driver details, and we hand over picked stock against a signed note at the dispatch bay.
+What about e-commerce orders?
For marketplace and D2C sellers, see E-commerce Seller Storage — the same inventory engine with courier hand-overs and fulfilment-centre batch dispatch.
What inventory storage does not include
Stated plainly so the quote and the service match. Anything not listed on your written quote is not part of it.
- Tracking is by catalogued item and box on your inventory list — we do not claim barcode, QR or dashboard systems unless they are actually provided in your agreement.
- Retrieval and delivery follow the standard window; same-day dispatch is not a standard service.
- We do not pick and pack individual customer orders unless that service is agreed and quoted.
- Perishable, hazardous or temperature-critical goods are not accepted.
