Conditions
- Fridges defrosted and drained 24 hours before pickup
- Mattresses go into breathable covers, never plastic
- Loose items packed into sealed cartons that we supply

- Solid wood wrapped in breathable material, stored off the floor

Conditions
- Stock or asset list with declared value at pickup (your reference numbers go on the tags)
- Equipment drained of fuel and oil; batteries removed; IT data-wiped by you
- Fragile displays and equipment crated or boxed by us before racking
- Packing list with SKU, quantity and declared value per receipt
- Standard pallets (1.2 × 1 m) or our re-palletising at receipt
- Cartons labelled with SKU and quantity; we can label at a per-carton charge

- Office furniture: workstations, desks, partitions, chairs, cabinets, conference tables
- Equipment: monitors, desktops, laptops, servers, networking gear, printers
- Records: files and archive boxes, indexed by box

- Modular furniture dismantled by our crew; hardware bagged per unit
- IT equipment data-wiped or encrypted by you before pickup
- Records boxed into sealed archive cartons with a label per box; asset list with your reference numbers for the tags
Accepted
- Archive boxes of files, ledgers and registers
- Contracts, invoices, statutory and tax records
- HR, payroll and patient files
- Drawings, project files and bound reports
- Backup media and tapes (sealed, labelled)
Conditions
- Files boxed in standard archive cartons (supplied) with a label per box
- Box list with description and the retention date you want recorded
- Authorised contacts named for retrieval instructions

- Cartons of packaged products by SKU
- Pallets of bulk stock
- Packaging, mailers, inserts and marketing material
Conditions
- Cartons labelled with SKU and quantity (we can label at a per-carton charge)
- A packing list per pickup or inbound delivery
- Returns declared separately and kept apart from saleable stock

Restricted and prohibited items
Restricted items can usually be stored with the right preparation, cover or paperwork — confirm before pickup. Prohibited items are never accepted, and the crew will leave them behind on the day.
Restricted — ask first
- Temperature- or humidity-sensitive items: instruments, artwork, photographs, certain fabrics
- Very heavy or awkward items: pianos, safes, aquariums, large machinery
- High-value items — tell us so insurance options can be stated on your quote
- Liquids in sealed containers: paints, cosmetics stock, cleaning products
- Goods that require a licence to hold: pharmaceuticals, alcohol stock
- IT equipment containing data — must be wiped or encrypted by you before pickup
Prohibited — never accepted
- Perishable food, live plants and animals
- Flammables, fuel, gas cylinders, fireworks, aerosols in bulk
- Hazardous or toxic chemicals, asbestos, batteries with acid
- Cash, jewellery, precious metals, bearer instruments, original documents of title
- Weapons and ammunition
- Wet, mouldy or pest-infested items
- Stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods
- Cars and other four-wheelers (two-wheelers only at launch)

Storage rules
+What can’t be stored?
Perishable food, live plants and animals, flammables, gas cylinders, hazardous chemicals, cash, jewellery, precious metals, weapons, wet or pest-affected items, and anything illegal. Two-wheelers must have a near-empty fuel tank.
+Do I need to empty my fridge and washing machine?
Yes. Defrost the fridge 24 hours ahead and leave the door ajar; drain the washing machine. Our crew does the wrapping, padding and loading.
+Can I store items in my own boxes or suitcases?
Yes. We seal, tag and catalogue them as-is. If a box is damaged or overloaded we repack it into one of ours.
+Can you store a car?
Not at launch — two-wheelers only. Ask us and we will tell you when four-wheeler storage is available in your city.
+What if I am not sure whether an item is allowed?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp. An advisor confirms before pickup so nothing is turned away on the day.
+Can someone else collect my items from you?
Items are delivered, not collected. Deliveries are made only to addresses given by the account holder or an authorised contact and are signed for.
