+How accurate is the calculator?
The price is exact for the items you list: each item has a fixed monthly rate, so the monthly figure on screen is the figure on your quotation. What an advisor confirms is the list itself — an item you forgot, a wardrobe that is really a 4-door — and any quoted services such as insurance or reassembly.
+What if my item is not in the list?
Pick the closest item by size, or note it in your WhatsApp message. Unusual items (pianos, aquariums, large artwork) are quoted individually.
+Why do you still show cubic feet?
The price is per item, but the packed volume of your whole list decides your volume discount (5% above 300 cu ft, 10% above 600) and the one-time pickup band. It also tells our crew what vehicle to send.
+Does the price include pickup and delivery?
The monthly figure is storage only. Pickup, handling and cataloguing are a one-time fee shown below the estimate; retrieval trips are added at the per-trip rate; services that depend on your goods (insurance, reassembly, labelling, receiving) are marked as quoted and confirmed by the advisor.
+What happens when I send my estimate?
Your quotation is emailed to you straight away — a quote number, every item with its monthly price, the monthly, 6-month and 12-month plan totals, pickup and any retrieval trips. The same quotation reaches our team, who call or WhatsApp you to confirm the list and fix a pickup slot.
