The facility standard

CCTV
Cameras at entry points, aisles and loading bays with retained footage.
Access control
Storage floor restricted to authorised StorageWale staff; customers do not walk the floor.
Fire safety
Fire detection and extinguishing equipment, clear aisles, and no flammables accepted into storage.
Pest management
Scheduled pest control by a contracted provider.
Environmental conditions
Ambient, dry and ventilated storage; items racked or palletised off the floor and away from walls.
Monthly checks
A monthly walk-through of stored goods; anything unusual is photographed and reported to the customer.

Why you don’t need to visit
A facility that hundreds of customers walk through is harder to secure and harder to keep organised. Managed access means fewer people on the floor, every movement logged against a retrieval request, and your items handled only by trained staff. It is also why we can find one carton among thousands: every tag has a location.

Yes. Every image on this page is a photograph of an actual StorageWale facility, crew or vehicle. We do not use stock or AI-generated imagery to represent our sites; where a site has not yet been photographed, no image is shown.
+Who can request my items?
Only the account holder or contacts you authorise in writing. Retrieval requests are verified against the registered phone number before dispatch.
+Is the facility climate-controlled?
Storage is ambient, dry and ventilated, suitable for furniture, appliances, cartons and documents. Ask us before storing items that need a controlled temperature.
