StorageWale pricing is built from four parts and nothing else. Every item on the rate card below has a monthly price; every part is on your quote before you commit; and the minimum monthly charge is shown here, not discovered later.
Storage
Every item has a monthly rate. Add them up; bigger loads get a volume discount.
2Duration
Monthly with no lock-in, or prepaid plans: 10% off on 6 months, 20% off on 12 months.
3Pickup / handling
One-time fee by volume band: crew, vehicle, packing material, disassembly, tagging and photos.
4Optional services
Retrieval trips, insurance, reassembly, labelling, receiving — only what you choose.

Part 1
Storage: the per-item rate card
Each item is stored for a fixed monthly price, from ₹40 for an archive box to ₹650 for a large sectional sofa. Your storage charge is simply the items on your list added up — a sofa and a bed cost a sofa and a bed, never a unit you cannot fill. Same rates in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Pune.

Volume discount and pickup band
The packed volume of your whole list (after wrapping and disassembly) decides two things: the volume discount on the item total, and the one-time pickup band.

Part 2
Duration and prepaid plans
Storage is invoiced monthly in advance with a one-month minimum. Know how long you need? Prepay and the storage charge drops — the discount is applied to every item on your list.
Monthly
Rate card price
Billed month to month. No lock-in after the first month; the last month is pro-rated by week.
6 months
10% off storage
Prepaid for 6 months. Retrieve early and the unused months are refunded at the monthly rate.
12 months
20% off storage
Prepaid for 12 months. Retrieve early and the unused months are refunded at the monthly rate.
Partial retrievals reduce next month’s bill — only the items still in storage are charged. The plan discount never takes storage below the ₹999 minimum.
Part 3
Pickup and handling
A one-time fee by volume band (see the table above). It replaces the tempo, labour and packing material you would otherwise buy, and covers cataloguing.

- Crew and closed vehicle, carrying from any floor
- Packing material: cartons, wrap, corrugated sheets, covers
- Disassembly of furniture, hardware bagged and labelled
- Photo and tag for every item; digital inventory sheet
- Society, building and lift-window coordination
Quoted separately
- Multi-trip pickups for very large homes or offices
- Pickups outside city limits (per-km charge)
- Receiving direct deliveries from suppliers or containers (business)
- Boxing files on site for document storage

Pricing questions
+How much does storage cost per month?
Every item has a monthly price on the rate card — for example a small carton ₹55, a washing machine ₹160, a single-door fridge ₹240, a 3-seater sofa ₹450 — and your storage charge is your items added up, with a minimum of ₹999 per month. Bigger loads get a volume discount (5% above 300 cu ft, 10% above 600 cu ft). A typical 1 BHK is about ₹3,000 per month; a 2 BHK about ₹5,600. The storage calculator prices your exact list instantly.
+What makes up the final price?
Storage (each item’s monthly rate added up, less any volume discount) plus duration (months billed) plus pickup and handling (one-time) plus any optional services (retrieval trips, insurance, reassembly, labelling). All of it is on the written quote.
+Is GST included?
No — all figures are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Businesses receive a GST invoice they can claim input credit on.
+Is there a security deposit?
One month’s storage charge is taken as a refundable deposit at pickup and adjusted against your final invoice.
+What if I store for less than a month?
One month is the minimum billing period. After that, billing is monthly; the last month is pro-rated by week if you retrieve part-way through a cycle.
+Are there discounts for longer commitments?
Yes. Prepay 6 months and storage is 10% off; prepay 12 months and it is 20% off, applied to every item on your list. The calculator shows all three plans side by side, and the plan you choose is printed on your quotation.
+What does pickup and handling include?
Crew, closed vehicle, carrying from any floor, packing material, disassembly, wrapping, tagging and photographing. Multi-trip pickups for large homes or offices are quoted separately.
