StorageWale pricing is built from four parts and nothing else. Every part is on your quote before you commit, and the minimum monthly charge is shown here, not discovered later.
Storage space
Packed volume of your items in cubic feet × the monthly rate for your volume tier.
2Duration
Billed monthly; one-month minimum; last month pro-rated by week.
3Pickup / handling
One-time fee by volume band: crew, vehicle, packing material, disassembly, tagging and photos.
4Optional services
Retrieval trips, insurance, reassembly, labelling, receiving — only what you choose.

Part 1
Storage space
You pay for the packed volume your items occupy — measured in cubic feet after wrapping and disassembly — not for a fixed unit. The rate per cubic foot falls as volume rises. Same rates in Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon.

Part 2
Duration
Monthly billing
Storage is invoiced monthly in advance. One month is the minimum; there is no lock-in after that.
Part-months
Retrieve part-way through a cycle and the last month is pro-rated by week. Partial retrievals reduce next month’s volume.
Longer commitments
Prepaid 6- or 12-month plans may qualify for a lower monthly rate. Any discount is stated on your written quote; we do not advertise a rate we cannot honour.
Part 3
Pickup and handling
A one-time fee by volume band (see the table above). It replaces the tempo, labour and packing material you would otherwise buy, and covers cataloguing.
Included in the fee
- Crew and closed vehicle, carrying from any floor
- Packing material: cartons, wrap, corrugated sheets, covers
- Disassembly of furniture, hardware bagged and labelled
- Photo and tag for every item; digital inventory sheet
- Society, building and lift-window coordination
Quoted separately
- Multi-trip pickups for very large homes or offices
- Pickups outside city limits (per-km charge)
- Receiving direct deliveries from suppliers or containers (business)
- Boxing files on site for document storage

Only what you choose. Fixed prices are shown; anything that depends on your goods is quoted, never estimated low.

Pricing questions
+How much does storage cost per month?
Storage is charged on the space your items occupy, from about ₹28 per cubic foot per month for small plans down to ₹18 for large business volumes, with a minimum of ₹999 per month. A 1 BHK home is typically ₹4,000–6,000 per month. Use the storage calculator for an instant indicative price.
+What makes up the final price?
Storage space (packed volume × monthly rate) plus duration (months billed) plus pickup and handling (one-time) plus any optional services (retrieval trips, insurance, reassembly, labelling). All of it is on the written quote.
+Is GST included?
No — all figures are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Businesses receive a GST invoice they can claim input credit on.
+Is there a security deposit?
One month’s storage charge is taken as a refundable deposit at pickup and adjusted against your final invoice.
+What if I store for less than a month?
One month is the minimum billing period. After that, billing is monthly; the last month is pro-rated by week if you retrieve part-way through a cycle.
+Are there discounts for longer commitments?
Longer prepaid commitments may qualify for a lower monthly rate. Any discount is stated on your written quote — we do not advertise rates we cannot honour.
