Summary terms. The storage agreement signed at pickup governs each account. Last updated: September 2026.

Quotes and billing

Quotes are valid for $15 days. Storage is billed monthly in advance with a one-month minimum; a refundable deposit equal to one month’s storage is collected at pickup. GST applies at the prevailing rate.

Pickup and inventory

The item list on the quote is confirmed at pickup. Items are photographed and tagged; the signed pickup receipt and digital inventory sheet are the record of what is in storage and its condition.

Prohibited items

Perishables, live plants or animals, flammables, gas cylinders, hazardous chemicals, cash, jewellery, precious metals, weapons and illegal goods are not accepted. We may refuse or return any such item at the customer’s cost.

Liability and insurance

Insurance options and cover limits are stated on your written quote. Claims must be raised at delivery against the pickup record, as set out in the storage agreement.

Retrieval and termination

Retrievals are delivered within the window on the quote for the stated per-trip charge. Either party may end the agreement with seven days’ notice; final delivery is scheduled once all dues are settled.

Unpaid accounts

Accounts unpaid for 60 days after notice may be subject to a lien on stored goods as set out in the storage agreement.
