Furniture is checked monthly for moisture, pests or shifting; anything unusual is photographed and reported.
Pricing
Most furniture plans fall between 40 and 120 cu ft for a home and 300–600 cu ft for an office. The minimum monthly bill covers roughly two to three large pieces.

+Is there a minimum number of items?
No. A minimum monthly charge applies (shown in the calculator), roughly the price of storing two or three large items.
+Can you store a two-wheeler?
Yes, in Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon. The tank should be near-empty and the battery disconnected; our crew handles the rest.
+Will my wooden furniture get damaged in storage?
Wood is wrapped in breathable material rather than plastic to prevent moisture build-up, stored off the floor, and inspected monthly.
+Can you disassemble and reassemble my bed?
Yes. Disassembly is part of pickup; reassembly at delivery is available on request.
+Can I add a few cartons to a furniture plan?
Yes. Cartons are priced by volume like everything else and appear on the same inventory sheet.
+Do you store office furniture?
Yes. Workstations, chairs, cabinets and conference tables are collected after hours, dismantled, tagged by department and retrieved in part or in full. For a full office move, see Office Storage.
What furniture & personal storage does not include
Stated plainly so the quote and the service match. Anything not listed on your written quote is not part of it.
- We protect and store furniture; we do not repair, polish or refinish it.
- Reassembly at delivery is an optional service quoted separately, not included by default.
- Very large or built-in pieces (fitted wardrobes, marble tops) may need a site check before we quote.
- No walk-in access: pieces come back by scheduled delivery.
