What we collect

When you request a quote or use the storage calculator we collect your name, phone number, city, the storage type and the item list you share. During the service we also record item photographs, pickup and delivery addresses, and invoices.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule pickups and deliveries, maintain your inventory, invoice you and respond to support requests. We may send service messages on WhatsApp, SMS or email about your storage account.

Third parties

Enquiry forms are submitted over an encrypted connection to our website's own lead endpoint, which forwards them to our sales inbox or CRM; the WhatsApp option is provided by Meta. Website analytics, if enabled, is provided by Google. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months; customer account and inventory records for the storage period plus the statutory retention required for invoices.

Your rights

Write to info@storagewale.com to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw marketing consent.
