48 hours as standard, same-day where slots allow. If we miss a window we tell you why and what we are doing about it.
A person, not a ticket
One advisor for your account on WhatsApp and phone, from quote to final delivery.
How we collect reviews
- 1 After your first pickup and after each delivery, your advisor asks for a rating and a few words on WhatsApp or by a short form.
- 2 Reviews are published as written, with first name and initial, city, storage type, source and date. Nothing is edited except to remove personal details.
- 3 Critical reviews stay up. We reply with what went wrong and what changed.
