- Most collections in DLF Phase 1 are from a gate on a colony road; we confirm the block and house number and whether the vehicle can stand at the gate or must park at the end of the lane.
- Builder floors without a lift mean the crew carries down stairs. Tell us the floor when you enquire so we bring the right number of people and give you an honest time estimate.
- Where the RWA or the block association records vendor entries, we supply crew and vehicle details in advance; if there is a restriction on goods vehicles at certain hours, we work around it.
- Old, solid-wood furniture is common here and is wrapped and, where sensible, dismantled by someone who knows how; every piece is photographed and listed at the house before it goes on the vehicle.

Yes, subject to service availability for your block. We collect at the gate, pack and catalogue at the house, and store the contents at the StorageWale facility in Gurgaon until you ask for them.
+We are rebuilding our plot. Can you store everything for the whole construction period?
Yes. Storage is arranged for the expected build period and extends month to month if the work runs over, which it often does. Delivery to the new floor is booked once you have a date.
+Our floor has no lift. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the plan. Tell us the floor and what is on it and we bring a crew sized for the stairs. The time it takes is reflected in the quote rather than discovered on the day.
+How do you handle old, heavy furniture?
It is wrapped piece by piece, dismantled only where a joint is designed to come apart, and carried by enough people to avoid dragging. Each piece is photographed before it leaves the house.
+Is there a StorageWale facility in DLF Phase 1?
